OPTION 1: Stock Colors/ Stock Packaging	Just sit back and we will handle all your specifications. Minimum order: 6 pieces per color, 72 total bottles at $180.00 Packaging: spuare Limay .43 fl oz bottle with silver cylinder cap Cost per bottle: $2.50 which includes sticker on the bottoms of the bottles witht he name and/or number of color Cap change available for a minimum of $.40 per bottle. You can select from our stock of caps (Click here to view available caps) Can provide a clear, laminated label with a one-color imprint for an additional fee* If you want to name the polish shades instead of using ours, there is a one-time set-up charge of $5.00 per nail color Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
OPTION 2: Stock Colors/ Custom Packaging	We supply the colors and you pick the package (bottle and cap, click here to view available bottles, click here to view available caps.) Minimum order: 72 pieces per color, 14 colors at1008 bottles Pricing: once you select the bottle and cap, we will give a price quote within 2-4 days Choice of direct imprint ($.12/bottle per pass) or a clear laminated label at $225 Labels: one-time $40.00 plate charge Direct imprint: one-time $125.00 plate charge for each side of the bottle to be imprinted If you choose a square bottle, each side of the bottle that you want imprinted constitutes 1 pass If you select a cylinder bottle, we can imprint around the entire surface area of the bottle with 1 pass. All bottles include stickers on the bottoms of the bottles with the name and/or number of color If you want to name the polish shades instead of using ours, there is a one-time set-up charge of $5.00 per nail color Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery
OPTION 3: Custom Colors/ Custom Packaging	This option is all about you. You design the color and packaging that best fits your needs. Minimum 5 gallons per color (yields approximately 1,150 half-ounce bottles) Send us a color swatch of the nail colors you would like us to create for you and we will have our lab match the shades. We will send you a sample of what the lab created for approval. Once you approve the color we can put together a quote for you based on the full 5 gallon run in your packaging. See above (Option 2) for custom packaging.

Additional Costs: Decoration of Bottles: Labeling and/or Printing on Bottles
	$.05 per bottle to apply wrap or tap label with your company name and/or logo, to side of bottle plus cost of labels and all artwork and production charges. Application of bottom or top label is $.05 per bottle which includes cost of plain white label. $.12 per bottle per pass through for printing (1 pass per color) Cost of labels:$170.00 for 500 labels; $225.00 for 1000 labels
