Customer provides all artwork.
Label application: $0.05 per bottle
(labels supplied by customer.)
Screening: $0.12 per bottle per pass (minimum number of bottles
screened is 1,000.) Additional one time plate and dye charge. Application
of bottom or top label (your product name): $0.03 per bottle. One time
set-up fee: $5.00 per product style.
Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
