$0.05 per bottle to apply wrap or top label with your company name and/or
logo to side of bottle plus cost of labels and all artwork charges
associated with production of labels. |

Terms:
Prices are FOB Factory. 50% deposit required with order. Balance due before
shipment will be released. Payable in U.S. funds only. Visa and MasterCard
accepted (a 3.5% surcharge will be added to all credit card orders.)
Production time:
Allow 4 weeks for delivery upon receipt of deposit and final
approval of artwork for orders exceeding 2,500 bottles.
Allow 2-4 weeks for smaller orders.
