OPTION B:
Stock colors only. Custom packaging. Minimum order quantities per
color depend upon choice of packaging. May vary from 90 bottles
per shade to 180 bottles per shade. Total minimum order will vary,
depending upon the number of bottles per case for the bottle style of choice.

Direct imprint on bottles for orders exceeding 1,000 total bottles.

OPTION C:
Stock colors only. 110 pieces per color in standard round
or square Limay bottle with black or white domed
Cupola or silver, white, or black Torino cap.
$1.35 per bottle (This price includes the
bottom label with name and number of color) -
minimum order $150.00.

Neon, Glow-in-the-Dark, Heavy Pearl, Heavy Mica Colors
available for an additional 10%-30% (Options A, B, & C ONLY)

ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY (OPTIONS A, B, & C)

OPTION D:
Stock colors only. 6 pieces per color in square Limay bottle
with silver Torino cap (see photo above.) $1.78 per bottle (includes
bottom label with name and number of color) - minimum
order $125.00. ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.

Additional Costs:
Decoration of Bottles: Labeling and/or Printing
on Bottles

*$.05 per bottle to apply wrap or tap label with your company
name and/or logo, to side of bottle plus cost of labels and all
artwork and production charges.

*$.12 per bottle per pass through for printing (1 pass per color)
plus $125.00 plate/production charge. Additional artwork charges
apply if camera-ready artwork is not provided. Minimum of 1,000
empty bottles may be printed. Printing is not available for Option D.

*Application of bottom or top label is $.03 per bottle which
includes cost of plain white label.

*One time set-up fee ($5.00) for each color if you prefer to
name your own shades.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIES ARTWORK OR MAY WORK
WITH OUR GRAPHIC ARTIST.
MINIMUM ARTWORK CHARGE: $40.00

All orders require a 50% deposit, balance due upon shipping.

Check or wire transfer of funds are accepted.
